I'm getting into Lolita. While I know that some brands cater to the plus-sized, I have determined that at my size I look awful in a Lolita style dress/skirt. I am 260 lbs. I know that it will be a long hard road but I am willing to try. I am already started with the Insanity program from Beachbody. My biggest issue is getting my eating under control. Does anyone have any tips regarding keeping motivation to eat properly? Also, I could really use some support. Is anybody on myfitnesspal, fitocracy, anything else? Any advice or constructive criticism is welcome. Thanks!

I use LoseIt! if you're interested in adding me on there (I've tried MFP and didn't like it as much). The best advice I can give is to don't be too hard on yourself--slip-ups happen, just get right back on track. And don't try to lose too much too fast. Generally about 2 lbs/wk is the max.
