Hey,

I'm new here as from today and I've been on such a long journey to loose weight.
Last year I actually succeeded in loosing some weight making me 60-62 kg. I don't remember following any kind of diet. But to be honest I didn't notice the weight loss. Only recently, looking back at photos, I realised that I was actually quite thin looking around the belly area.
My problem always is my butt and thighs. They're always sooooo huge and ugly looking. I don't even dare wear shorts because of them.
Well since this year I've gained quite some weight. I weight about 5 kilo more and it's really opbivous to see. My face is rounder and my belly sticks out plus wearing leggins makes me feel uncomfortable. I rarely wear my loli clothes because I feel I'm not worthy enough to wear them.
I've started drinking more and eating alot of fruit, and cycling alot more but it's just not doing the trick for me anymore. I know I don't want to go to a gym because I find them so boring. So I'm looking for activities like walking, swimming and cycling from  now on.

If you have some extra diet (food wise) tipps I'd very much appreciate it. I really never know what to eat, and I'm always hungry even I've I've just eaten 15 mins beforehand. It''s crazy and annoying.

Thanks in advance and I'm glad to be part of the community.

Greetings,

Catherine.

Hi there. I'm Kaylie, this is a semi intro semi info post. I'm a South African lolita, I have been actively wearing Lolita for 3 years. I am a bitter sweet lolita. I'm 20 years old and I've reached my goal weight after 6 months. I used to weigh 63kg's before deciding to prove a point to my ex boyfriend's mother who used to comment on my weight. I now weigh 48kg's. I've seen this comm and I know how difficult it is to lose weight but still try and be cute in the process. I am a qualified chef and know a fair amount about dietetics. I'd love to help out with recipes for the comm or if you have any questions or want a recipe specifically tailored to your needs (diabetics, vegetarian, or just really need a low fat chocolate mousse recipe!). I'd love to help!

Hi, fellow Lolis! There's been some talk of weight loss and healthy eating on the main comm and so I saw a link to here. This seems like a good place to network with other health-conscious Lolitas. ^^;

I would guess that some of you are on Weight Watchers. If you are comfortable doing so, would you mind shouting out in the comments here? I'd love to get to know others on the plan and share recipes and tips. The regular WW communities heavily cater to, uhm, the more middle-aged mother set, and I don't think that lifestyle is exactly Lolita in most respects! So I didn't relate well to the people on those comms.

Hello ladies!
I have just realized my boyfriends prom is well.. a month away. So, I figured I'd ask here for some basic questions (but mostly on shaping the body). SO here it goes! =D

Questions here ^_^Collapse )

Is it possible to dress Loli to work out? All I could think of is maybe a cute tank top, some pastel shorts and tie my hair up in a bow.

Any suggestions?

Hello, lolis! Just popping in to share an online weight loss tool someone recently pointed me towards. I bet a few of you already know about this, but just in case: http://loseit.com

It's basically a calorie counter that helps you keep track of your food intake and exercise, as well as your long-term progress. But at one point I was derping along, inputting my dinner, when the website was like, "Did you know loseit.com users with 3 friends or more tend to lose an extra three pounds?!?!?!" Now, three pounds isn't a huge deal for me because I fluctuate over a range of five pounds pretty much every day, but I still thought it was a cool idea. If you're interested, you just go set up an account (don't worry, it's free), click the "friends" tab, and go from there. I'm listed under my email address (message me for it, plz), so I'm easy enough to find.

If you want to keep stuff private, like your most eaten foods or exercise habits, it's easy enough to edit your privacy settings. I'm okay with being fairly open, though, so if you just need a weight loss buddy you can look at and think, "At least I'm doing better than her," well, I'm your lady. (Spolier alert: My most-eaten foods include Dyno-Bites and vodka. I really need to go grocery shopping.)

Dear lolitas; I have recently found this post and decided I will ask for your help.
For the past 3 years I've been constantly gaining weight - due to boy-related problems ( I tend to eat as much as I can when I'm depressed..)
and I am now very unsatisfied with my appearance. No - I'm not really fat - I just hate the way I look, chubby and all. In addition, I really hate, hate exercise. I tried to work out everyday for about 2 weeks, but then I just gave up - it didn't help at all! Also, as much as I try to resist eating sweet things, I see some cookies on the table and can't hep myself - in the end, I usually eat all of them. So currently, I'm 5.2 ft (around 158 cm) and have 47.5 kg. I want to get back to at least 40 =3 Any help with how I could do that would be very, very appreciated ^_^
