'm new this community, but figured I could get some motivation here! I've been really stalled in my weightloss recently and it's super frustrating. I'm only about 40lbs away from goal and I keep just losing and gaining the same ten pounds (which puts me 40-50lbs away from goal at any given time). I've already lost 100lbs since high school, and I know that's cool and all, but I really want to lose these last pounds. It's improved my health dramatically and I've been using clothes as a motivator. However, the clothes aren't really "enough" anymore. Does anyone have any advice for me on losing the last 40 or so pounds? I know I still have more to go because my health tells me as much. It's improved but hasn't been fixed. Yes, there's a chance it'll never get fixed without a doctor, but I'd like to try all my other options first.
