Frustrated!

I'm new this community, but figured I could get some motivation here! I've been really stalled in my weightloss recently and it's super frustrating. I'm only about 40lbs away from goal and I keep just losing and gaining the same ten pounds (which puts me 40-50lbs away from goal at any given time). I've already lost 100lbs since high school, and I know that's cool and all, but I really want to lose these last pounds. It's improved my health dramatically and I've been using clothes as a motivator. However, the clothes aren't really "enough" anymore. Does anyone have any advice for me on losing the last 40 or so pounds? I know I still have more to go because my health tells me as much. It's improved but hasn't been fixed. Yes, there's a chance it'll never get fixed without a doctor, but I'd like to try all my other options first.

I walk to work and back, usually (a mile each way). And I've been planning on walking on the weekends now that it's consistently nice out. Also, cardio games. As for food, I tend to eat fairly healthy? I cook most of my meals and don't eat much in the way of sweets or simple carbs.
